WHEN DOES MY ITEM SHIP?
Typically, we ship out any order by the end of the next business day upon payment successfully reflecting in our account, subject to the availability of stock on hand.
If stock is not on hand, you will be notified to make arrangements. We will communicate this through email to make sure you’re comfortable with the wait. If you cannot wait, we are more than happy to process a full refund.
EU SHIPPING We ship our nGauge 360 systems to any country within the European Union.
The partner we use for all EU deliveries is: Austrian Post
All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE THE EU) We usually focus our shipping within the European Union market. However, if you are located outside the EU, please send us an email at info@cawe.co.za, and we will be more than happy to arrange for shipment at an additional cost (which is subject to change based on location).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES For orders shipped outside of the European Union, customs and duty charges are born by you as the buyer, as we unfortunately do not have control over the various customs and duty procedures in different countries.
