Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which includes your statutory 14-day European Union cooling-off period. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return

Please note:
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Under EU law, you have the right to inspect goods as you would in a physical shop, but we may reduce the refund amount if the items show signs of use beyond a basic inspection.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@ngauge360.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
